Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked through our official booking system or approved contact channels. A £40 deposit is required to secure and confirm your appointment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £40 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the £40 deposit.

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (“No Show”) will also result in the loss of the deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Service Suitability

All services are subject to professional consultation and assessment. La Bella Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if it is considered unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interest.

Hair Treatments & Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary depending on hair type, hair condition, previous chemical treatments, home care routine, and adherence to aftercare recommendations. While we strive to achieve the best possible results, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Client Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding allergies, scalp conditions, previous chemical treatments, medications, pregnancy, or any health conditions that may affect the service.

Aftercare

Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by La Bella Hair Studio to maintain the best possible results and minimize any risk of damage or dissatisfaction.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional hair and beauty services, completed services are non-refundable.

If a concern arises, clients should contact us within 48 hours of their appointment so that we can assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a corrective service.

Liability

La Bella Hair Studio is not responsible for adverse results caused by undisclosed medical conditions, inaccurate client information, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or services performed by other professionals before or after the appointment.

Team Services

La Bella Hair Studio operates with two qualified professionals. Depending on scheduling and availability, services may be carried out by either member of the team while maintaining the same professional standards and quality of care.
