The treatment is progressive. It reduces frizz and may make your hair straighter, but results depend on your hair’s natural texture. It won’t always leave hair “glass-straight,” especially after the first session, but results improve with consistent treatments and proper care.

No, the treatment should only be applied to your natural hair. Extensions need to be removed beforehand, as they may not tolerate the chemical process. You can reapply your extensions once the treatment is fully washed out.

Yes! In fact, keratin treatments can enhance the look and longevity of your color by sealing the cuticle and adding shine.

Highlights: Color your hair 10–15 days before the keratin treatment. Standard Dye: Wait 5–7 days before or after the treatment. Dark Hair Colors: Preferably apply 5–7 days after the treatment to avoid fading.

You may notice a temporary reduction in volume, especially if you have fine hair. This happens because the treatment smooths the hair and reduces frizz, which naturally lowers volume.

Our product contains phenoxyethanol, a preservative that is formaldehyde-free, though it may release trace amounts when exposed to high heat. Your safety is our priority: Treatment is never applied to the scalp. We follow all manufacturer and salon protocols. Proper ventilation is ensured. Disposable face masks are offered for comfort and protection. Any vapors produced during heat application dissipate quickly, and no active chemical remains on the hair afterward.

The process takes around 2 to 3 hours, depending on your hair’s length and thickness. We usually work with two professionals to ensure a faster and more precise result. For first-time clients, we wash your hair immediately after the treatment to check for any sensitivity or reactions. From your second session onward, you may wash it the same evening or next day.

As a precaution, we recommend avoiding chemical treatments during pregnancy.

Some clients may experience: Greasy roots more quickly than usual (especially in the first few weeks). Mild flakiness on the scalp due to sensitivity. These are temporary and usually resolve within a few days as your scalp and hair adjust to the treatment.

The minimum age is 13 years old. Clients under 16 must have parental or guardian consent and complete a patch test at least 24 hours before the appointment.
