‼️Important Information Before Booking‼️ This Keratin Treatment is currently available for hair types 1, 2 and 3 only! Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer this treatment for Type 4 (Coily/Kinky) hair, as our products and techniques are not designed for this hair type. If you are unsure about your hair type, please contact us before booking. Our team will be happy to help determine whether this treatment is suitable for you. Please note: All prices shown below are starting prices and are provided as a guide. Your final price will be confirmed during your personalised consultation, once your stylist has assessed your hair’s length, density, thickness, texture, and overall condition. This allows us to determine the exact amount of product, time, and technique required to achieve the best possible results for your hair. Additional Charges May apply: • Extra thick hair: +£20 • Optional Wash & Blow After Treatment: +£10 • Optional Ozonetherapy After Treatment: +£40 The deposit paid online secures your appointment and will be deducted from your final balance.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to dedicate the appropriate time and care to each client.
